I can’t view the video clips

It may be that you are missing the Windows Media Player that allows you to view the video clips. You can download the most current version for your system for free.

I can’t hear any audio on the video clips

Make sure the volume on your computer is turned up and is not muted. On Windows system, there is often a volume or speaker icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Click on this and make sure the volume is up.

Sometimes, you will find that you can’t hear audio on your computer because you have no audio card. In this case, you are out of luck. Call us and we can arrange for an alternate way of previewing the materials.

I can’t access the video transcripts or guide samples

This may occur if you do not have Adobe Reader located on your computer. You can download a current version for free.

We invite you to place an order by phone, fax, or mail. Purchase Orders are accepted with all methods of ordering.

Return Policy

Our materials are returnable. If you are not satisfied with order, please return the item(s) in sellable condition for full refund. You should use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx when you return your products. Teacher’s Toolbox is not responsible for returned items that are lost of misdirected.

Shipping Policies

Typically, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We generally ship USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive at your location. USPS Express Mail, which takes 1-2 business days, is also available for an extra charge.

**Rush orders must be received by 12 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday to be processed and shipped within the same business day. (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY.) Orders from customers who have selected “Express Mail” shipping take priority. All other orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days.
